Product Care

LOTION   Because we actually add real, fresh, goat milk to our lotion, it typically has a shelf life of about one year. Look for the best-by date on the label to help you determine when to reorder.

SOAP   Cold-process soap has a curing stage of four weeks. The amount of use you get out of a bar of soap depends on how dirty you get and how many people are using the bar of soap. In our household with a large family, we go through about one bar of soap per week. Your results may vary. Store your unopened soap in a cool, dry, dark, and well-ventilated location. The fragrance will naturally fade within a year of non-use. Once you open your soap, keep it dry between uses to make it last (a soap dish that drains, for instance, or the rack in your shower, should be fine).

All other skincare products we make typically have a one-year shelf life if left unopened. We use best-by dates on each batch for your convenience.

About Our Ingredients

Goat milk is known for luxurious moisturizing properties that help soothe dry, cracking skin. Goat milk has a pH level that’s well-balanced for healthy human hair and skin. It has abundant amounts of alpha hydroxy acid, especially lactic acid which is one of the best AHAs for your skin. It also is packed full of vitamins A, B6, B12, C, E plus minerals like calcium, potassium, magnesium, and selenium. Since goat milk penetrates the layer of dead cells and is easy absorbed by the skin, it delivers these key nutrients where it counts: to your living tissue.

Everything we sell is made in small batches to ensure you receive the freshest possible product. In addition to this, we do our best to use the highest quality ingredients with your health and safety in mind.
